Context
A real estate agency in Patagonia rebranding and relaunching under a new domain. The old site had 38 indexed pages, 23 broken URLs, and no SEO foundation. The new site was being built from scratch simultaneously with the SEO program — meaning technical SEO decisions had to be made at the architecture level, not retrofitted after launch.
This is a live project. The case study will be updated with GSC data, ranking results, and before/after metrics as the program progresses.

Why this case matters
Most SEO case studies show results after the fact. This one documents the process in real time — the decisions made at each phase, the constraints of working on a new domain with no authority, and the methodology applied across technical, on-page, and AI search optimization.
The real estate niche in a specific geographic market (Patagonia, Argentina) is a controlled environment — measurable, local, and directly attributable to the work.
